The recent COVID – 19 outbreak in New Zealand has had an effect for all New Zealand industries. Hose Supplies NZ Limited has been confirmed as an essential service provider and we will be keeping our operations open as long as it is safe to do so. 

To ensure the safety of our staff and in line with government recommendations our sites will be operating as follows:

 

LEVEL 4

• We will be operating with a minimum number of staff to support our essential service provider customer base only

• Any of our employees that can work from home will be instructed to do so

• We will offer a contactless collection service for essential service provider customers only

• Non essential visits to our premises are not permitted

LEVEL 3

​

• We will be operating with a reduced number of staff to support our customer base as required

• Any of our employees that can work from home will be instructed to do so

• We will offer a contactless collection service for our customer base

 

We understand that the above adjustments to operations may be frustrating, however we need to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and limit the movements of people across our sites.
